SJC ALUMNI TRAINING CENTRE

This center stands out as a one-of-a-kind initiative, managed by the Alumni Associations of St. Joseph’s College and Higher Secondary School. It holds the distinction of being the only center in the country operated entirely by an alumni association. Established with a mission to empower individuals, the center focuses on providing career guidance, facilitating employment opportunities, and offering skill-based training through specialized courses.

The center offers the following job-oriented courses, exclusively designed for women:

• 1. Beautician Training: This course equips participants with the skills and techniques required to excel in the beauty and wellness industry.
• 2. Handicrafts: Focused on creativity and craftsmanship, this course enables women to create handmade products, fostering self-employment opportunities.
• 3. Fashion Designing: Participants learn the fundamentals of fashion, including designing, tailoring, and fabric selection, preparing them for careers in the apparel and fashion industries.

The center’s primary mission is to serve as a beacon of hope for the underprivileged and school dropouts, providing them with the tools needed to build a better future.
